At Art Soul Studio, you can sell anything you make or designed. We allow handmade goods falling under a variety of catagories, including home and living, health and beauty, clothing, jewellery, accessories, stationary and more!


Yes, we require a initial 3 month commitment to join Art Soul Studio vendor program, with all vendors converting to month to month following. If things aren't working out, we just require 1 months notice before move out in order to fill the vendor lease spot. 


At Art Soul Studio, you only ever pay your monthly vendor fee. All marketing, retail expenses and transaction fees are absorbed by Art Soul Studio and are part of the rental monthly vendor fee.


We do not charge tax on behalf of our vendors. If you meet the HST/PST or GST thresholds, it would be the vendors responsibility to back the amount owing out of the price of goods and to pay that directly to the CRA. 


That's a big YES!!! We support your business, so we encourage you to sell at other stores, do markets, sell onlmine and really find your niche selling spots! This will be different for every vendor based on the product they sell and thier specific skill sets!  


We DO offer a FEATURE VENDOR program in additon to our vendor rentals, which helps support vendors/artists allowing them to have more exposure in our space (both online and in store) It is something we are truly passionate about and we highly encourage new vendors to take advantage of! 


 

At Art Soul Studio, our Feature Vendor/Artist program is designed to spotlight and celebrate exceptional local talent in a meaningful and high-visibility way.


As a Feature Vendor/Artist, you receive a dedicated platform within the studio and online, to share your story, showcase your work, and connect with the community on a deeper level. It's like the top tier of vendor visibilty !


What's included?


 Premium Display Space
A curated, high-traffic area within the studio designed to beautifully showcase your work. This space is styled to align with Art Soul Studio’s warm, earthy aesthetic—ensuring your pieces truly stand out. 


 Artist Spotlight & Storytelling
We highlight you as much as your work. This includes a featured artist bio displayed in-studio, sharing your inspiration, process, and creative journey. 


Social Media & Marketing Promotion
Dedicated promotion across our social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, email newsletter), including:

  • Artist introduction posts 
  • Behind-the-scenes or process features 
  • Product highlights


 Website Feature
A spotlight on our website, giving you additional exposure beyond the physical studio. 


 Workshop or Event Opportunity (Optional)
Feature Vendor/Artists may have the monthly opportunity to host a free workshop, demo, or meet-the-artist event—helping you build your audience and create additional income streams. 


 Community Credibility
Position yourself as a recognized artist within the Art Soul Studio community, building trust and visibility with local customers and collectors. 


 Why do I need all that? 

Being a Feature Vendor/Artist isn’t just about shelf space—it’s about connection, storytelling, and growing your presence within a supportive creative community.


The feature Vendor/artist program is limited to two per month as to keep an exclusive program without major commitment. We do require an initial 3 month inaugral start to the program to make sure we are fully supporting you and your brand/products. After that, you are free to leave the program or continue for more time. 


The Feature Vendor/Artist Program Includes:

 

  • Prominent feature display. High-visibility feature zone within the studio (prime traffic area) 
  • Elevated styling support (help with merchandising/display)
  • Artist bio + Website spotlight with expanded artist story    
  •  Option to host a workshop or “Meet the Artist” event 
  •  Optional collaboration on product launches or promotions 
  •  Weekly or ongoing social media features (posts + stories) 
  • Website feature including BIO and photos


Investment for the program is $125/month for a three month inital commitment. 


What if I dont want to commit to three months of the Feature Vendor/Artist Program? 


No problem! We also offer a monthly option -without the commitment!~ The Emerging Vendor/Artist Feature is $175/month and is a run on a month to month basis. It is largly an inclusion in Art Soul Studios socail media and online presence. 


The Emerging Vendor/Artist Program Includes:

 

  • Artist bio + Website spotlight with expanded artist story
  • 2–3 dedicated social media posts per month 
  • Newsletter spotlight (individual feature) 




Yes, please scroll down through the Vendor Application Form below to check out the vendor display and pricing options. There are many different options to fit what ever level vendor you may be; from just starting out and "testing the vendor waters", to more seasoned vendors stocking multiple products and proven items! 


 We do not process our waitlist in chronological order. We are careful to curate our selection to ensure a balanced mix of products. Because of this, our waitlist varies between vendors and product catagories. If we already have several vendors in your catagory, we may not have space right now. There are certain times of year where we have higher capacities than others, resulting in longer wait times. It may be as little as 1-2 weeks or it may take up to a few months.


TIP! The best time to apply is at the end of Jan, as our holiday back up period is over and often have higher volume spaces available. The most challenging time is right before holiday season (November/December) If you are looking to beat the holiday rush, its best to apply in September or October. 


One of the best ways to increase your chances of getting in is by selecting as many options as you're open to when you apply. If you are open to different shelf sizes, it gives us more flexibility to find a spot for your products! Even if a spot is unavailable right now, selecting all the options youre open to ensures we can reach out when somthing opens up! Becuase vendors are on a 3 month start and then month to month after this initial period, vendors are always coming and going, giving you and your products time to get in! 


Please feel free to apply once per month to let us know you are still interested in joining us! We will do our best to keep you on the spreadsheet of vendors to contact along with your preferences ;)


Please do not contact managers soley to check wait times as they are not able to provide you with specific dates as applications are not processed chronologically. 


Yes, we have event spaces available for rent for private events, meetings, and receptions. Contact us for more information and availability.
