You bring the creative idea and your expertise, and together we’ll choose a date, set the workshop details and create an experience that feels like a great fit for both you and the studio.
Art Soul Studio provides the welcoming space, handles online registrations and customer communication, and helps promote your workshop to our creative community. You arrive ready to share what you love, connect with your guests and lead them through a fun and encouraging creative experience.

what instructors provide
Instructors are responsible for arriving prepared and ready to create a wonderful experience for their participants. Unless otherwise arranged with Art Soul Studio, instructors provide the materials, supplies, tools and equipment needed to teach their workshop, along with any samples or finished pieces that may be helpful during instruction.
Workshop Information & Photos
To help us showcase your workshop beautifully, instructors are asked to provide a clear workshop description along with good-quality, well-lit photos of the project participants will be creating or examples that accurately represent the workshop. Art Soul Studio will use these materials to create workshop listings and help promote the class through our website and social media. The better the photos, the better we can show potential participants what makes your workshop special!
Set-Up
We ask instructors to arrive with enough time to comfortably set up before guests arrive, organize materials and prepare their teaching space so participants can settle in and the workshop can begin on time.
Clean-Up
Following the workshop, instructors are responsible for tidying their work area, gathering their supplies and helping return the studio to its original setup. Art Soul Studio provides the tables, chairs, welcoming studio environment and access to any agreed-upon studio amenities and equipment.
We know creative workshops can get wonderfully messy! Our expectation isn’t perfection — simply that we work together to leave the space clean, organized and ready for whatever creativity comes next.
Any special setup, equipment, storage or cleanup requirements can be discussed with the studio ahead of time
workshop compensation
At Art Soul Studio, we believe instructors should feel valued for the creativity, knowledge, and experience they bring to our community.
Workshop compensation is typically structured as a revenue share between the instructor and Art Soul Studio, based on paid workshop registrations. Before a workshop is scheduled, we’ll work together to determine the workshop price, material costs, what supplies are provided by the instructor or studio, and the agreed-upon compensation structure.
Our goal is to create a partnership that feels fair, transparent, and sustainable for both the instructor and the studio. All compensation details are discussed and agreed upon in advance, so everyone knows exactly what to expect before bookings open.
