workshop bookings

Workshop registration closes 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to allow our instructors time to prepare materials and ensure the best possible experience for all participants.

Please take that into consideration as you choose your workshop and alert friends to book thier spots as well!

If you dont see the workshop you are looking for, that means that its full and has automatically been removed from the website listing.

It is strongly suggested that if you plan on attending with multiple friends, you book all at once so that you make sure that all your people have a spot-things fill up very quickly!

Please also note that when adding multiple workshop attendees to your cart, you must go back to the event and add them one at a time-Sorry for the inconvenience!

We know that plans can change! However, due to the preparation, materials, instructor commitments, and limited seating involved in our workshops, all workshop registrations are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your registration to a friend or family member so they can enjoy the creative experience in your place.

If Art Soul Studio or the workshop instructor needs to cancel a workshop, registered participants will receive a full refund for their workshop.

Thank you for understanding and for supporting our studio and the talented local instructors who make these creative experiences possible.

We appreciate your understanding!
